It is convenient for the foreigners who want to move in the centre, because they aren't worried about the traffic jam. The traffic is very good & easy for moving. On the vacation the foreigners can meet their friends or they can go sight seeings in order to discover about the culture, people, customs... They feel comfortable and have unforgetable memories after they have to work long time with the high stress
