Third floor is an open space which can be another bedroom or/and a living room area. It has also an washing/dryer machine and a small store. Two long balconies run along the second and the third floors, in front of the house.

The house owners is moving out of Vietnam for at least three years and hopes to find caring tenants to stay in their lovely house. The house is in lane 31 Xuan Dieu, which is closed to everything things: shops, restaurants, kindergartens and supermarkets. It is in a quite area, near the lake and with a great neighbourhood.

1 LCD, 1 Yamaha wooden piano, new washing machine with dryer and new and modern kitchen system with a big oven and an induction kitchen are other plus for the house.
