-       The lease is one year/6 months/3 months, etc with an option to renew for another period.

-       One month deposit.

-       The rent shall be paid every 3 months (can be flexible due to every contract) at least within first 5days of the payment term after receiving the request of payment.

-       The extra fees and other cost if any shall be paid monthly.
